Getting started
How do I sign up?
Residents can sign up to the service by taking photo ID along to the enquiry desk at Waikato Hospital or to the DHB’s other hospitals at Thames, Te Kuiti, Tokoroa or Taumauranui. To be eligible, people need to be over the age of 18 and be covered by the Waikato District Health Board services.
As part of the sign up process youyour National Health Index (NHI) will need to provide a personal email addressbe confirmed and once verified an emailyou will be sent containingprovided with a link to get started.HealthTap access code.
